Single Personal Training Session.
Personal training includes custom programming, goal setting sessions, 1-on-1 training, small group training, diet/nutritional consulting, meal planning and more.
Up to 3 others may participate in small group training. For small group training all must participate in same general program/emphasis. Our diet and nutritional consulting is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
